Requisitos: MUST: English (or German) at a level to be able to communicate well about the work processes. We speak English (or German) and Spanish in our daily work. -Commitment and independent solution oriented work, get involved -flexibility in working hours (willingness to work overtime when necessary / adjustment of working hours when circumstances require it)) -good communication skills. -commitment and independent solution-oriented work, bring in yourself -interest in the products of the sector (seeds and equipment, CBD) -organisational skills / the ability to keep track of things even during peak season -computer skills and the willingness to get involved with new systems -come up with ideas and suggestions for improvement
